Truth Fairies Inc Capacity Coaching is a transformational strategy practice for women whose survival mode no longer holds the life they're creating.
We combine strategic business coaching, nervous-system integration, identity work and intuitive intelligence to build the capacity for your next level.
Your passion is not your problem. your lack of capacity to consistently carry your truth, is what needs to be ADDRESSED.
Your purpose begins Beyond the survival mode that got you this far. your impact needs no more sacrifices.
Let’s Get Started on stable expansion:
[one - calcination]
IdentiFy what drains you
-
If you know you’re capable of more but keep ending your days in maintenance mode, start here: the Energy Wrap is for spotting where your attention, energy and ambition are quietly being drained before you try to fix anything. Use it when you feel stuck, scattered or overextended; the result is a clearer picture of what is actually consuming your capacity so you can stop leaking energy into what no longer matches it.
[two - dissolution]
IDENTIFY your CAPACITY GAP
-
If you understand what’s draining you but still find yourself defaulting to overthinking, urgency or old coping patterns, the Impact Infusion Webinar is your next step. Use it when insight hasn’t yet translated into movement; the result is a shift from merely managing yourself toward accessing the agency, clarity and creative energy needed to move again.
[three - SEPARATION]
CLOSE THE CAPACITY GAP
-
If you can see the gap between the life you’re living and the life your ambition requires, the Capacity Cocoon is for you: this is where you redesign the conditions that determine what your nervous system, energy and attention can actually sustain. Do these 5 Modules when you’re ready to stop squeezing more output from the same operating system; the result is a more supportive way of living that gives your next level somewhere to land.
[four - CoNJUNCTION]
ALIGN YOUR PURPOSE
-
If your ambition is clear but the strategy, positioning or next move still feels tangled, the 1:1 Business Alchemy Strategy Day is the moment to bring the bigger picture into focus. Book a deep session in Soho House with me when you need a decisive strategic breakthrough rather than months of incremental thinking; the result is a sharper purpose-led direction, concrete priorities and a strategy you can actually execute.
[FIVE - FERMENTATION]
integrate strategy with identity in your nervous system
-
If you already know the strategy but something inside you keeps hesitating, contracting or pulling in another direction, the 1:1 Psychic Session is for the layer conventional strategy can’t easily access. Book it when you need an intuitive mirror for a decision, transition or identity shift; the result is deeper clarity about what you already know but haven’t yet been able to fully trust, articulate or embody. You can also book this before having clarity on your strategical direction, to explore openly.
[six - distillation]
finetune your standards
as you expand
-
If things are finally working but you notice yourself slipping back into old standards, habits or survival patterns whenever life gets bigger, Capacity Lift is designed for that expansion point. Subscribe to weekly voice activations targeting identity, purpose and somatic lifestyle integration when the challenge is no longer knowing what to do but consistently holding your new level; the result is greater stability, discernment and capacity to sustain growth without recreating the conditions you were trying to escape.
[seven - coagulation]
live your life like it’s golden
-
If you’re done treating each problem as a separate problem and want to fundamentally change how you lead, create and live, 1:1 Mentorship is the deepest path through the full Truth Fairies methodology and to permanently install a new operating system for your capacity by fine-tuning your purpose, identity and somatic embodiment all at the same time. Choose it when you’re ready for sustained transformation rather than a single intervention; the result is an integrated operating system for making bigger choices, leading from your actual purpose and building a life and business you can genuinely hold. One month is enough per life goal. Four months is enough to teach you everything I know.

client reviews:
“if something stands in the storm of hadjar, that is a tree i know i can invest in!”
— marie bANtje (37) customer success lead @ google
“going in, my motivation was to untangle old ways of thinking and to uncover what i truly want in love & business. We disrupted assumptions and i discovered that i need to prioritize channelling my highest self, the playful and sharp high feminine, to be lead by curiosity rather than be outcome and logic focused. thank you!”
“way beyond inspiration, i healed a part of myself that i did not know was asleep. hadjar quickly removes what covers your inner magic and lets you feel and see how worthy of your full life you are, and how to fully carry what is yours, but only what is yours. she was very involved during every step of my process without getting in the middle of it. we went straight to the bone.”
— Global marketing executive (49)
“I did not expect to go this deep at all.
I did not come here to change but for a insightful experience. But it was more like a transformation. to become bolder. there was a moment i wanted to quit on day 1, but by day 2 i already knew i was gonna need to sit the whole thing out. thank god it was fun. the more i look back the more i see the total transformation that happened at that point, past the resistance.”
— Athlete & AUTHOR (38)
“this STRATEGY COACHING IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCe TO Understand every aspect. Alchemical Strategy is about what you need, when you need it: quick nudges or big WAKE UP CALLS, your truth mirrored back uncensored.
— marketing officer (44)
“Amazing coaching for true transformation and unlocking your full power. Shows you the truth about yourself and where you are, going PAST all your blind spots and straight to the very core. i experienced it as Magical, and yes: priceless.”
- EVENT producer (36)
“Hadjar often starts with a ‘deep scan’ to give you a crazy detailed bigger picture ASSESSMENT. But then she creates creative freedom, focus and purpose for the whole project by distilling hidden patterns and the overlooked potential. she feels what everyone cares most about and shows you the connection points to your impact. that’s how you get to the gold”
— Creative director (38)
“I’ve felt witnessed in a way that even therapy or literature couldn’t do, but never did i feel coddled. it’s scary how well you know when to check in and when to push, or when to leave space. transformation is not always easy but only looking back do i see how much has changed. you made me see the truth of my power, giving me actual tools to rewrite the stories my body and mind held on to, and to have a life, instead of endlessly managing my stress and ‘mindset’. ”
— NGO advisor (31)
“Hadjar’s strategy advice is UNCONVENTIONAL, profound, pure and creative. she can collapse time with visionary solutions and under time pressure she will still keep opportunities and obstacles in mind, always connecting dots. the motto is: purpose. but also: let’s get it done. ”
— Fashion Founder (30)
“her strategy MERCILESS, but her coaching support and inspiration sensitive to what i need in the moment. it helped me to get beyond the ceilings i don’t even see anymore. without pushing myself, but with the excitement and sharpness that is sometimes shaky as a founder. She’s on the business but in my process, which gives me clarity on the reasons behind important decisions - now i make them faster, fun.”
— start-up ceo (48)
“I came to resolve a creative blockage and quickly found out it was actually about the way i was going through my days, and how i showed up in my relationships. looking back it’s quite funny how that’s what I needed to get everything flowing. i was sacrificing it. ”
— fine art & author (39)
“I was quite touched by the systemic way of looking at everyone’s involvement on a heart level. It was easy to identify my tension points and solutions within the fast pace of this intensive. hadjar offered me the honest boldness and stubborn enthusiasm i needed from her to look at patterns in a new way and still walk away feeling more inspired.”
— Editor-in-chief (56)
“Since working together, i have learned to take care of myself in a way that i didn’t even know was possible. I also didn’t know how much I was doing from reflex, and how much easier things can be. you always know what to do, and what is going on, but it’s because you help me see what I need to make my own choices, that I’ve stayed in this work.”
- single mom (42)
“i have no words to express my excitement & gratitude. only in recent years have i understood how i’ve been living in survival mode 24/7. your wisdom has me pretty much flabbergasted. I love your work, intuition, knowledge and vibration. My past, present & future self are reunited under your star. much love & respect”
